We are a martial arts academy based in Liverpool UK. We offer a range of different martial arts to suit everyone.
This includes Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling, MMA
The Combat Unit is built and ran by experienced, passionate coaches who love passing on their knowledge to each and every student.

I started training thai over two years ago with some of the fighters and coaches in this gym and it was hands down one of the best decisions I’ve made. I’ve gained confidence, skills and made connections I never would have if I hadn’t met head coach Connor and the other coaches and fighters in the combat unit. In short a great place to learn new skills, get fit and to meet good people who are keen to help others progress and learn.
